Upon arrival at GH, on went an air tag, a bell and the microchip was changed! But, even more importantly, she had a great bath and off for a home visit with two of our near and dear friends who had been patiently waiting for a great Border Collie. They wanted to add a younger friend with their beloved Senior fella and Shelby became the ONE! |
This lovely 7 1/2 year old popped up at our VA shelter in need of a new life…turns out being an agile girl meant she was flying over fences when left outside alone…of course we knew what she wanted…to be with her person!!

This 24/7 relationship is exactly what Shelby wanted plus she’s got a BC buddy to show her the ropes! We are thrilled for all involved as this bit of ‘kismet’ unfolded perfectly. |
Shelby slid into their home instantly, enjoying the huge acreage (on leash), trips in the gator with her new FurDad, hanging with her FurMom for her daily activities and sleeping by their bedside.
